1. Service Description

PatriotPortraits.us provides AI-generated portrait images based on user-uploaded photographs. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary license to process it through our AI system for the sole purpose of generating your portrait. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.

3. Generated Content

Portraits generated through our service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, share, print, and modify your generated portraits.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Credits purchased do not expire. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not upload photos of other people without their consent, use the service to create defamatory or illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for AI generation quality variations, temporary service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
