How to Request a Refund

Email support@patriotportraits.us with your order details (the email you used at checkout). Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

What's Covered

• Poor quality or distorted portrait results
• Technical issues that prevented generation
• Accidental duplicate purchases
• Any reason within 30 days of purchase

Credits

Unused credits from multi-portrait packs are fully refundable. If you've used some credits, we'll refund the unused portion at the per-credit rate.
