1. Photos You Upload

Your photos are sent directly to our AI processing server, used solely to generate your portrait, and permanently deleted within 24 hours. We do not store, share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose, including AI model training.

2. Information We Collect

We collect: email address (if you sign up for updates), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and basic analytics (page views, device type) to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

Email addresses are used only to send portrait delivery confirmations, product updates (if you opted in), and support responses. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Replicate for AI image generation, and Vercel for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session management, preferences). No third-party tracking cookies are used unless you interact with our optional Facebook pixel for ad measurement.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@patriotportraits.us. Since we auto-delete photos within 24 hours, in most cases your image data is already gone.
